Q & A

A great way to engage but also learn more about your followers is to ask them interesting questions and then share their answers. You can download and use this month’s Q and A story templates by tapping here.

This month’s Engagement assistence presents some interesting questions you can ask your audience:

If you could read only one book during your lifetime, which one would it be and why?

Books can reflect a person’s interests, dreams and ideas and thus, people are often deeply connected to them and have strong book preferences. Your followers would like to express these strong preferences which would not only increase their engagement with your profile but sharing something that personal would also lead to them establishing a better relationship with your brand.

What’s the closest thing to real magic?

Magic is associated with the miraculous and the impossible. Thus, this question asks your followers about something they see as impossible or extremely difficult, something they admire. People have a strong emotional connection to what they admire and often want to share it with the world. This means they will engage with your profile by answering the question. The actual responses will be seen by other followers and can become a source of inspiration and admiration for them as well. This question can therefore lead to quality content too.

What’s the most useless talent you have?

Share a video in which you’re showing it. ๐Ÿ˜

This is a fun and cheerful question that you can ask as a gag. Your followers would be interested in showing their ridiculous stunts and pointless tricks, increasing their engagement with your profile and creating entertaining quality content for your followers to see.

What is something interesting you learned in the last week?

People often like to share interesting or important information with others. Hence, this question will both increase the engagement of your followers with your profile and lead to answers that provide some interesting educational material for people who see them.

Challenge

Organizing challenges for your followers will not only lead to a long-term engagement with your profile, but it would also help you establish a genuine relationship with a lot of them as they are overcoming the difficulties associated with the challenge, share their progress with your audience or alternatively see the progress others are doing. You can download and use this month’s Challenge story templates by tapping here.

This month’s Engagement assistence presents the following 2 challenges:

The New Habit Challenge

Your followers have to acquire a new positive habit during the next 3 weeks and update you on their progress while doing.

You can explain the challenge, its details and how you will share your followers’ progress in several stories or even a post. If you choose to do that through stories, you can create a highlight on your profile for this challenge in particular.

During the next 3 weeks, you can have frequent reminders about the challenge and have your followers send you their progress. You can then share this on your stories and add it to your New Habit Challenge highlight.

This challenge will not only increase the engagement with your profile but the results can also serve as inspiration for others.

The One Book A Week Challenge

In the next one month, your followers would have to read at least one book a week. At the end of each week they can tell you what book they read and what they think about it.

You can then share their responses as stories and create a highlight for this challenge specifically. You can launch the challenge, explaining the rules and other details in several stories or even a post.

Instead of reminders, you can share the covers of the books that people read and their thoughts on them every 1 or 2 days which will constantly notify the rest of your followers that the challenge is still running.

At the end of the challenge you can ask the followers that managed to read at least 1 book each week about their thoughts on the last month and the challenge in particular. You can finally share the answers of these people that completed the challenge.

The challenge will not only increase the engagement with your profile but also provide book recommendations and some valuable insight for those that see the stories.
